How an order works
We never charge you automatically: first a manager contacts you and confirms the items, price and delivery.
Wait for our call
The manager will check the items and quantities, calculate delivery to your city and tell you the total.
Choose payment
Bank transfer to our official account details or cash on delivery — whichever suits you.
Receive your parcel
Delivery to your address or pickup from an agreed point. The manager will tell you the timing in advance.
Where we deliver
Delivery and pickup
Our main focus is Central Asia. Shipping outside the region is possible, but we calculate timing and cost for each order separately: carriers work too differently.
Pickup is sometimes available too — an AGS Bonlife representative will confirm the pickup point and time once they take on your request.

How you can pay
Online card payment isn't available on the site yet — we'll enable it once we finish connecting a payment provider.
Bank transfer
Once the order is checked, the manager will send our official account details or an invoice. Never transfer money to personal card numbers — that's not how we work.
Cash
On delivery or pickup, once the address, time and total amount have been confirmed.
